A brief overview of the delivery process:
Patients may place an order through our website, over the phone, or on Weedmaps.com. If you would like to apply loyalty points to your delivery order, please specify at the time the order is placed (if ordering online, please use the space for comments). When we receive your order and verify your information, our delivery agents will start preparing your order. You may receive an automated text notifying you that your order is being prepared. We will contact you either via phone or SMS if we need additional information, or if an item you ordered is out of stock.
Please note that while same-day delivery is something that we do our best to accommodate, it is not something we can guarantee. If your order was placed before the delivery cutoff time for your area (listed below), your order will be routed for same-day delivery– provided that we have the capacity. If not, your order will be delivered the next day (Please note deliveries to Garrett and Allegany county run Wed. & Sat. only).
On the day of delivery, our delivery agents will contact you via phone (or SMS if requested) with your order total and a time window for your delivery. Drivers begin their routes around late morning or midday. Please be advised; while we do our best to accommodate delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact times due to the nature of our delivery routes. When receiving your order, you must show the delivery agent two valid forms of identification: your MMCC card and a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID card, Military ID card, and US passport are all acceptable). You must pay in cash at the time of delivery. We do not accept any electronic forms of payment.
**Please schedule your delivery order for a day where you will be at or within close access to your residence or approved healthcare facility.**

Maryland State Law allows delivery only to registered patients or that patient’s registered caregiver. Caretakers, guardians, or powers of attorney may not receive an order on behalf of a patient unless they are that patient’s registered caregiver with the MMCC.
By law, we are only able to deliver to residential addresses or healthcare facilities. We cannot deliver to a commercial address.

Delivery routes and times are subject to change based on a number of factors, including order volume and driver safety.

Driven by the need to provide its patients with the best care possible, gLeaf Rockville has staffed its offices with all-stars: a Clinical Director, a proud member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians as well as a Maryland-licensed pharmacist since 1968, a Medical Director, a Maryland-licensed psychiatrist who has practiced for more than 40 years, and a Director of Security and Security Training, an ex-DEA drug joint task force member who, among a plethora of other community outreach ventures, regularly teaches anti-drug courses to Parent Teacher Associations and church groups. gLeaf Rockville takes their work seriously. Delivery was prompt, driver was friendly, will order again!
I was impressed with the variety of strains available, and the pre rolls and flowers I received were excellent quality. Delivery was also prompt and professional.
The staff was very helpful in recommending strains and buds I received were top-notch. Delivery was also fast and discreet.
