The River City Collective was formed by like minded individuals who believe in restorative justice, breaking down barriers to entry in the cannabis industry, and bridging the gap from legacy to legal.

Cannabis Equity Employment

is an employment database website that provides a pathway to employment in the cannabis industry and beyond, specializing in assisting individuals with prior cannabis convictions.

Black Cannabis

is an organization dedicated to uplifting the BIPOC communities through cannabis education and awareness via media, events, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Cannabis Equity Employment and Black Cannabis came together to form the River City Collective in order to provide wrap around services for those impacted by the war on drugs.
