Join us as we dive into an elevated 45 min workout…

We are being you canna-cise as a new and exciting way to elevate your mind and health all in one. During the 15 minutes of class you will be educated of the strain of the day and how this strain contributes to your full body workout. Next we will dive into the workout focusing on some light stretching, mobility, strength and flexibility. Ending the class with a cool down session.
